let me tell you who i am.

currently the technical lead at idonate, i’ve spent over 15 years developing apps and websites, crafting digital experiences that engage and inspire, and capturing moments with photography and video.

my journey began with a passion for design, creating visually stunning projects for various clients. this path led me to found xadacka photography in 2008, a brand now synonymous with nightlife and entertainment photography across ireland. back when the idea was met with skepticism, we set the standard, turning even the smallest venues into scenes worth capturing.

beyond nightlife, i’ve captured weddings, marketing campaigns, food, architecture, and even the occasional pet portrait. the thrill of the perfect shot kept me going, always looking for new challenges and opportunities to create. with a team boasting over 60 years of collective experience, we did and saw it all.

this personal site is a reflection of my journey – it’s not overly fancy, but it’s filled with the passion and dedication i bring to every project. exploring the intersection of technology, design, and storytelling, i’ve found fulfillment in each step of my career. whether it was through a camera lens or a code editor, my goal has always been to create something meaningful and lasting.
